Description
Connect to plants through all senses, through the body and soul too rather than just through the mind. How do you think we humans first approached nature and its mysteries? Why do you believe certain plans have incredible colours, attractive scents, or shapes? We are no different than other animals in this regard, we too are guided by our senses and instinct. And it is by reconnecting with the simplicity of these sensorial experiences that we can tap into the deeper wisdom of plants, that we can access a level of understanding about herbalism, be it scientific or spiritual, artistic or medicinal, from a food or dyeing perspective, or simply for the love of the herbal realm.
I invite you to drop out of the mind and simply allow yourself to explore this curiosity, connecting back to the childlike awe of the wider mystery of life and to plants.
