Retreat tickets are non-reimbursable and non-transferable under regular circumstances. Only in case of cancellation by the organisers will there be a total refund of the value. In case of serious illness of the participant, a refund of 50% will be granted upon presentation of a medical certificate, up until 30 days before the start of the retreat. After that date, the organisers cannot guarantee any refund.
